Admission

Funded Early Education Entitlement
The government provides options for 15 or 30 funded hours and Tax-Free Childcare. For details about your eligibility for childcare support, please refer to Best Start in Life for more information.
The Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme
This scheme is open to working families, including the self-employed. For every £8.00 you pay into your online account, the government adds an extra £2.00, up to £2,000 per child per year. This account can then be used to pay your child's fees.
There is certain criteria you'll need to meet to join the scheme. For more information, visit Childcare Choices.
Fees
Oxfordshire County Council's funding guidelines are clear that funded hours are designed to cover early education and care, not meals, non-consumables, or optional activities. Charging for these separately keeps things clear and reflects how the funding is intended to work. These charges are optional and will never affect your child's funded place. If this raises any concerns for your family, please just get in touch and we can find a way to make it work.
